Preschool - Ages 4 to 5 years

Here's what we do on Sundays!

Rainbow Kids is a place where kids come to learn about God's love and His promises. Our goal is that it would be the best hour in every kid's week! The 4 and 5 year olds are located in the blue room at the end of the hall in the lower level.

Four and five year olds can join their parents in the service for the first 15 mins+ of the worship time – a good opportunity to teach them about worshipping together. They are then invited to come join us downstairs to continue their worship. During the rest of the morning, children are taught from creative, age-appropriate curriculum. This means that Bible lessons are both developmentally and spiritually appropriate for your child, as well as fun. Children learn that Jesus loves them and wants to be their best friend, as well as how to live a life devoted to Jesus. Specifically, the teachers work with these children to build a spiritual foundation. We are using the “Scripture Press” curriculum this year in the JK/SK program.

Parents: Please pick up your children from Nursery, Preschool and JK/SK rooms immediately following the service. We request that all children coming to the nursery and preschool be escorted to their areas by their parents. Please inform us of any special care requirements for your child.

Please note: Should there ever be an emergency that requires everyone to exit the building, the leaders and workers of our children's programs will be responsible for taking the children outside and parents can meet them in the southeast end of the parking lot.
