Student ministry with Campus for Christ

We are partnering with Kolten, and his ministry with Campus for Christ, to change the world by helping the students at York University and the University of Toronto come to have a passionate relationship with Jesus. Kolten's ministry is to help students discover who Jesus is, experience a dynamic relationship with God, and inspire them to make a difference in this world.

Discover

Campus for Christ uses various forms of initiative evangelism, as well as many campus wide outreach events to help students come to know the real Jesus personally.

Experience

Campus for Christ has regular Bible studies and prayer meetings as well as weekly large group gatherings and special retreats throughout the year. One on one discipleship is also a focus and Kolten meets with students regularly to provide mentorship, training, and guidance. All of these serve to help students experience Jesus in real ways and thus grow in their faith.

Inspire

Campus for Christ equips students to reach out to their neighbours, coworkers and family and then sends them to go and share Christ's love with these people. Campus for Christ has spring and summer trips to Calgary, Halifax, Waterloo, Scotland, Panama, North Africa, Asia, Tanzania and Malawi so that students can see how God is working all around the world, how they can practically live out their faith, and how amazing it is to see people come to know Christ. The goal is that every student will continue the process of helping people discover and experience a relationship with God that comes through Jesus Christ, and will inspire those people to do likewise; positively impacting the world around them in whatever job they go into and wherever they end up living.
