Connect	Small groups are for everyone who wants to develop friendships, to be challenged and encouraged, to take time to reflect and learn and even to laugh – and maybe a place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee together.
Grow	Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, relationships with others are important for your growth. From gathering with others as you check out the Christian faith to gathering with others to study together, our relational gatherings provide a place for you to grow in your journey.
Serve	Many of our groups find creative ways to serve the community – whether it is serving hot chocolate on cold winter days to the new Canadians in the LINC school, helping a neighbor, working at Ark Aid or supporting a person in need in South Africa – we want to make a difference in our worlds.
Share	Small groups are also "missional" - a key goal is to reach out and invite others to join us in following Jesus. We try to always have an open chair where people can come and explore what faith is all about.

Small groups have always been an important part of "life" at Village Green. Over 70 percent of the people in our congregation belong to a LIFE Group ... and we're working on the other 30 percent! Small groups are about doing LIFE together … about having the opportunity to:

  Lead through mentoring and training
      Involved by serving each other and the local community
          Fellowship, encouragement and care
              Equip for life by the study,
                  discussion and application of the Bible
