Every Sunday morning at 10 am, a group of new English readers gathers in the main auditorium for their own Bible Study. From a book of the Bible, we practice English vocabulary, grammar and oral and silent reading. We also develop listening and study skills and learn about Canadian culture. Our goals are to help newcomers learn the English language, welcome them into our church community and encourage them to personal study of the Bible.

Most of our instructors are formally qualified to teach English as a Second Language. The class has two skill levels - upper beginner and intermediate. There are lots of opportunities for conversation and social interaction.
